Toggle HTML Mode in Activity Stream Reply Hides all Options

I noticed a trivial thing today.

While writing reply to a post in activity stream, there is option to toggle HTML mode.

After clicking on 'Toggle HTML Mode' button, entire toolbar disappears, and there is no way to switch to normal mode.

It looks like we have to open the post first and then reply for advanced editing features.
