This is my question to consultants who have taken their family to Saudi

Dear Consultants

I have got an onsite opportunity for End to End implementation in Saudi Arabia. Since the project duration is long I intend to take my family along with me after some time. I need to know how other consultants who have previously worked in KSA onsite with perdium have taken their family..Is their any restriction that the salary should be much more than some definate salary limit say 4000 SAR etc..

I want to take my family with me..Please help me out ..

Hey Murad,

I've lived in Saudi for 4 years. Life can be depending if you live in a compound that is majority foreigners or you live alongside the locals. Its usually really hot, and if you have children, there's a wide range of good private schools. There's usually plenty of holidays, so if you like travelling there's allot of options. Also pay can increase just on the basis of having your family with you.

Though i have not even had a step into Saudi... why not you go there for the first few weeks then only decide whether you should bring your family over...
