Hi,

Which phase your Support packages import is in? Is the import completed or you are in the DDIC_ACTIVATION phase?

You can try one thing now

click the tab GOTO and follow the path

GOTO --> STATUS --> QUEUE --> Confirm Queue

This should get you out of the error.

now run the import again is you are in the middle.

Hi

Based on your screen shot, it is in error status under DDIC_ACTIVATION phase & once its complete, you can confirm the Q as below;

Check and resolve for DDIC_ACTIVATION errors, then only you can confirm as below;

1) going to, SPAM, From this screen, click on "Green Tick" or

2) going to, SPAM >> Support Package >> Confirm.

Hi

Based on your update at

You are getting error TP_Interface_Failure, check the TP logs and if required download latest TP, R3trans. Put in kernel directory and try repeating the SP import.  You will get the confirm queue only after passing the phases DDIC_Activation, xpra_Execution etc.

Hi,

It seems to be a problem with activating some objects.

Can you please check the log and try to activate the objects in SE14.

If you need more information, please paste the complete log.

the detail of log like it:

Ended with return code:  ===> 4 <===

Message no. TP111

Diagnosis

Meaning of the return codes:

0: Transport successful.

4: Warnings occurred.

All the objects were transported successfully. Peculiarities occurred for certain objects. These might not have been intentional.

Example:

A warning is given during a transport if the request contains an object deletion.

and I deal with import in the background,and the job is finished

Hello ,

As per the logs your import was successful.

RC=4 can be ignored as its only warning.

Now you need to confirm the patching in trnx SPAM. In the homescreen click on the button with Pencil icon and confirm the patching.

Please check the above thread.

One more thing, which phase your Patch import is in? Check in PAT02 table and let me know.
