Hi team,

The answer on blabla which you created has been updated by a moderator.

But, why ?!

I cannot remember, I did it there was 16 years ago, in 2005.

Is it possible for moderator, to give more information, for still-active users ?

Best regards
Fred

Moderators should leave comments when editing content -- or at least contact the poster to explain the situation.

From what I can tell, that answer contained a broken link, so someone likely alerted it and suggested we remove.

I'll add a moderator comment to that thread to indicate that's what happened.

Hi frdric.girod

although i'm not a moderator i have noticed one example where moderators acted rightfully , if in one of your answers (no matter how old) you were writing "call me at 12345" or "email me at name@domain.extension", i'm sure you would get an update to remove above with <Updated by moderator> as per below

I have tried to have a look at your old posts and i couldnt find the one you are referrin to, do you wish to add it here?

I see caetano.almeida particularly active recently, do you wish to add info for Fred?

hope this helps!A

Hello Frederic

In the current SAP Community platform, whenever a moderator updates a question or an answer, a moderation comment should be left, explaining why change was made. For an answer posted in 2005, it might not be possible to know what was the cause for the update, as it was posted in the old platform.

Please read the rules of engagement, in order to understand why a specific post can be rejected or content can be updated:

Caetano

The answer on re: travel management which you created has been updated by a moderator.

It was updated yesterday, not in 2005

I see a moderation comment below the answer, with an explanation about the update...it seems that the answer contained a broken link.
