It's taking more than 60 secs to open Home | SAP Support Portal from Germany.

Service.SAP.Com has just links to support.sap.com/notes, it is not possible to search anymore.
I opened now a message to SAP from a page https://websmp107.sap-ag.de/
which is one of those servers from where the notes are presented after you searched.
But even from there it is impossible to open the search window.

Yes, I have the same problems too.
And I can't access it right now, neither with IE11 nor with Chrome.
However, today in the company with an old IE when I clicked the icon for stop loading the page then I got the page (with a rather strange font).
