My company has purchased support for Crystal Reports every year since we started using it. We have ran into a problem were management wants someone on the phone with a couple of our teams and we can't find a phone number. Our SoftwareOne rep says she can't find one either. I can't believe that SAP would sell support contracts and then not have a way to use them. Can someone direct me?
