Hi Jason,

Can you suggest space for publishing a blog of mine presently in my personal blog space?

(Only one blog is there.)

It's a tricky one, because it's about general SAP functionality.

If you posted it in the ABAP space, I wouldn't reject it though. Let's see what the rest of the community suggest first.

btw - nice blog. I certainly had no idea!

Believe me Matthew, your compliment made me very happy. Rest will be a matter which is not of a specific blog but of posts belong to such areas which do not belong to any space but at the same time required by all. (LSMW is another, you know many more). Is it not hightime to accommodate these into regular spaces or CREATE A NEW SPACE for these.

Thanks and Best Regards

I'm afraid I don't know enough about this topic to provide an authoritative answer. However, you do link to your document in so perhaps this can be an appropriate space?

If you do move this, it might be better to copy and paste the contents to a new blog post in the space you choose, then delete the post in your personal space.

Thank you Jason for being there.

I'll consult again.

While doing that, I hope you wouldn't mind if I say the following.

Instead of the member author going here and there, am I not right in saying that SCN should have a mechanism to do this exercise and finally inform the outcome to the requesting member. Perhaps this is the spirit behind the newly introduced Badge Super M.

While I would like to move lots of blog posts, we can't move them: there's an issue whereas the points earned will not be assigned to the new space and that causes a problem for the reputation program (i.e. expertise). So it's up to the community to alert moderators to misplaced content and then the right action is to ask the poster to post again.

That's perfectly OK Jason. I do not want it to be moved by SCN. I'll do that. I'm just talking about the subject matter. One window service for Suggesting a space for topics like the present one. If no headway is there, then I'll go to Matthew's , who had kindly consented to host it. Shall wait to hear from Paul too before doing that. This is because you've suggested this.

Tip: You may have find the option to move the blog. If you move your blog from personal space to any other space, you will not able to get the points for blog creation (10 points).

Searching for right space officially. Published the blog for the access of Decision makers. Once it is suggested, present one will be removed.

But more than points, the question is 'Whether SCN can afford to forgo important knowledge pieces due to the reason spaces are not yet fully organised?

The spaces are fully organised. Just not necessarily optimally organised.

OK Matthew ,

This gives a trigger to a Blog on 'To whom these topics belong?'.

Coming back to present issue, waiting for the answer from your colleagues or hierarchy.
