Strange orange icon instead of avatar

Right after I reply a question, I see the strange orange icon next to my answer instead of avatar picture. Is it a 'feature' to highlight what I just have replied or a bug?

Hi Moshe,

Yes, the behavior remains the same. This icon is displayed right after you click Submit button for the comment. If you refresh the page, the avatar picture is displayed correctly.

I also attach a fresh screenshot.

I get a similar behavior, but in my case the orange avatar is my profile picture (possibly the cloud identity one or the current SCN one) -- note:  it is not the same image that I uploaded into the BETA SCN people profile.  It is also appearing in an enlarged font and image.  I assume that if you refresh the page it reverts to the normal font shown in the threads above, and the image reverts to your people profile.

It seems to be a temporary issue(which still needs to be checked).

Temporary?  It's been this way since the beginning (or at least when I was experimenting on May 20th): https://answers.sap.com/storage/attachments/212-augjg.png  I just added another reply using IE 11 and see the same for comments - secondary profile picture

I meant it sorts out after a while but we will look into to it again (becuase I saw a regular image when I checked the link you provided).

Yes, the strange behavior is apparently only visible to the person who posts the comment.  Upon refresh it does adjust, but it is my conclusion that this is the source of the reported 'strange orange icon..

The reason why those images appear is because for some reason if you post a comment, you get the original out of the box UI of the comment, how it looks on the original platform and not the 1DX design (that only appears after refresh, like you mentioned). Before that the image is coming from the original AnswerHub platform, not your People profile.

Already created a ticket to have the right UI before refresh already, that will solve the image issue too.
