In the ABAP space I clicked the link "Track in Communications" then i realize that i get a flood of emails. Then i went back and clicked on "Stop Tracking" and it does not work. The settings stays the same and I'm still getting emails.

Stop Tracking is a known issue and a ticket # SCNSBS-1509 is already raised for the same. You can track the ticket in the below SCN Known Issues List.
