Hello,
I contacted SAP about this but never had any answer.
I switched off "New blog posts in tags I follow" in the communicaitons section of my profile but I'm still receiving notification.
Does anyone have any solution for this ?

Hi, sylvainv ,
You have more than 1 account with the same email address.
Here's your 2nd account sylvain.vuillaume
Perhaps you can log in with that account and check the preferences there?
If that won't work, please send us a screenshot of the Communications page (Community section) for each of the accounts, and we can check.
Also, if you are not using the other account you can either revoke consent in: privacy or even have the account deleted, if you absolutely not require it.
If you can't log in to your other account, you can email sapcommunity@sap.com and request that they'll revoke consent on your behalf or even delete the account (you might be asked to send the request to privacy@sap.com though).
Also if you want to preserve the contributions you've done with your old account, you can first link the accounts at profile_linking (you'll need to know your old userId and password, or write to Community to do so on your behalf). Then after linking the accounts you can also do an account merge in Community. This feature will soon be available at SAP Community.
Let me know if that helps.
Vladimir

Hello Vladimir,
Thanks for your help. I have to admit that this account management is not very intuitive for me.
I have a universal ID with two account linked : @sylvain.v2 and @sylvainv
Both accounts have notifications for blogs switched off.
I'm not sure where the account sylvain.vuillaume comes from and have no idea which email it is associated with.
It think it is linked to a problem the happened a few months ago when SAP accidentaly delete my account.
Support was unable to get my account back and created a new user for me. Seems like the old account is still alive, but not accessible for login.
Not clear to me what should be done in the end.
Hi, Sylvain,
Wanted to follow up on the above.
Do you still have this problem?
You have additional accounts that you can check in your Universal ID. The profile linked above belongs to your company user same as sylvainv, however that user is inactive, so you shouldn't receive notifications for it.
Also the notifications we are talking about are Email notifications, right? Not Inbox in your people.sap.com Profile?
You are welcome to reach out to me directly via DM, so we can check the issue in detail across all your users.
Kind Regards,
Vladimir
Hi Vladimir,
Thanks for answering. Unfortunately I still have the problem.
Yes it is email notifications.
Something obviously went wrong when SAP accidentaly deleted my account a few month ago but I can't figure out what to do to make things right now.
How can I reach out to you directly ?
Kind regards
Sylvain
I've sent you a message at messages at sap com
click on your avatar - top left corner, and choose "Send a Message"
Another option that you can do (if you can't reach to me via https://messages.sap.com/) you can reach out to privacy@sap.com and request Revocation of consent for the s-user that was deleted. Since the new and the old user are registered to the same email, you must provide the S-user ID that was deleted for which you want the consent to be revoked.
Hello sylvainv
If you don't want to be notified, then go to your profile -> Communication -> Turn off all related to community.
If still it doesn't work, you can unfollow the community 😛
Thanks,
Vignesh
