SPAM/SAINT import problem in phase: IMPORT_OBJECT_LIST

Hello Gurus.

I would be pleased if you help with my problem

While importing SAPKA74007 package I recieve such error

Error in phase: IMPORT_OBJECT_LIST

Reason for error: TP_INTERFACE_FAILURE

Return code: 0008

Error message:

Import phase 'IMPORT_OBJECT_LIST' (30.10.2014, 14:41:40)

Error during executing the tp command 'tp GETOBJLIST SAPKA74007   ...'

Interrupting import due to an error situation (30.10.2014, 14:41:54)

Displaying detailed information about error in phase 'IMPORT_OBJECT_LIST'

Import canceled due to an error situation (30.10.2014, 14:41:59)

I tried to update TP and R3Trans, update SPAM/SAINT, restart system but no luck

Transport tool check passed.

Interesting that other packages are done well

I cant find any information about this error. Really I'm stuck

Dear

Your should  reset the queue

then first update r3trans and tp and SPAM/SAINT version then again start from begin load from application server

it would help you in your case

What DB are you using ?

Are you running apps on HANA ?

Did you check DB logs ?

Did you update tp and R3trans in global kernel and under the instance kernel directory???

Can you tell me where I can find this logs, thru /trace folder there is no any suitable problems

Could be that the package got corrupted. So can you please try to uncar the SAR file once again and then try to proceed.
