SNote error on downloading - failed as user or cu

note-failure.pngWhen trying to download notes through t-code SNOTE (both one at a time and by processing a note with multiple pre-requisites), I frequently get the attached error. Does anyone know what causes this? I've searched for similar error messages, but most seem to do with an issue with the RFC connection, which is working fine for me.
