Simulating Partner can can't see them a a customer in SAP4Me

Hi,

We have an SAP partner who we have simulated in SAP4Me to manage their orders. However, when we simulate the partner, we can only see their customers, but not the licenses and systems they own as a customer. Does anyone know how we can see their usage as a customer for a product?
