For lack of a way to report some strange behaviour on service.sap.com and hoping for some SAP employee to read this and relay it to the dept. responsible for service.sap.com the following.
When i log in with my personal ID on service.sap.com, somehow i have acces to the mailbox of another ID.
The other ID belongs to the client i am currently working for and i have used that ID to request some help. But when i log in with my own ID, the other mailbox is accessible through my own ID.
I have tried to solve it by closing the browser. I have removed all cookies. But still i have access to the other mailbox.
If any SAP employee reads this, please be so kind to direct this message to the dept. responsible for service.sap.com.
Note: i am using IE8 version 8.0.6001.18702CO
Kind regards!
EDIT.
Just noticed it's not only the mailbox. When i want to have a look at SSCR objects or even want to register an object, i am told to contact the admin of said client.
When i view my personal info: the client's info is shown.
And yes: i am logged in under my own ID and not the client's one. (i do see my name appear behind the welcome message)

Request clarification before answering.
I have the same problem. But in my case the ID's mailbox I get access to is not related to me (no customer, relative or ex).
I reported the bug and got the reply:
"Mail access is not guaranteed to be private on SAP marketplace. Only use internal messaging systems for business purposes and do not disclose any classified information."

I had this problem once. It was a certificate loaded into the browser that did it.
