Server error and impossible nonsense

While alerting a moderator I receive an internal server error

Redoing the alert I receive this nonsense:

nonsense because of "that 0"

and nonsense because it is not possible at all to cancel a previous alert.

These errors actually lead to a further error, the post is in the moderation queue but there is no option to make moderation decisions, the actions in the gear are not present
