Sending mail (PDF Attached) to SAP office Shared Folder

Hi All!

I'm using FM 'SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1' to send mail to SAP office inbox and to the external Email-ID's.

I want to send mail to SAP shared folders with a PDF attachement.

Did anybody worked on this?

This is also very useful.I tried and got the solution for sending mail to external id.In this I used smartforms output for sending mail attached.

Hi Jayanthi !

I have no problem of sending email to external email ids or to SAP office Inbox.

I am using a report program to generate spool request and converting it in to PDF and then sending it to respective mail ids and to the shared folder in SAP office.

The problem comes while sending mail to SAP office shared folder.
