Search Results- Wrong profile Pic, HTML code visible

Hi team,

Here are the steps I followed-

1. Click the Search HANA option.

2. Searched a query "Sap launch one".

3. The results showed several threads along with "No-profile pic" for all results on page but one.

4. The one which showed a profile Pic was actually my own profile Pic.Refer "Search results_HANA_Incorrect_Profile Pic.png"

5. The post was created on 27 Aug 2013 and last comment was updated on January 21, 2014 at 07:24 AM; and I had no contribution to the thread! Refer "Search results_HANA_Incorrect_Profile Pic_1.png"

6.  After I opened the thread in new tab; the original tab containing search results got refreshed and Content in HTML tags along with 'SamplePro.controller.js code' started showing up. Refer snapshot- "Search results_HANA_Incorrect_Profile Pic_2.png."

7. The snapshots are attached for reference.

One more step....Changed the search query; and all posts show only my profile pic! Refer snapshot below-
