Search for tags is slow

When I try to open a new question, system hangs while looking for a tag.

I recommend not using NEUPL when trying to search for a tag

Can you please try different browsers and compare? For me they pop up immediately.

Additionally, please double check whether you are logged on.

There is an issue with tags not appearing (and searching for them forever) if you are trying to ask a question without being authenticated.
