When I search for "szölke" instead of "szolke" to find Ervin's stuff on SCN, I don't get any results for "szölke". In Hungarian that is his name, so I'm not making up the "ö"
I think the search engine shouldn't be so strict, especially if there are no results, it should show all results for "szolke" when I searched for "szölke".
While this example might not be convincing, since not many people are searching for Hungarian surnames. But what could be a real example, if German people using English keyboard typing German words without Umlauts.
In my opinion this is a bug and not a feature request.
This applies to both SAP Search and SAP Questions and Answers search:

Side note: It would be nice if the Q&A search would also tell no results found instead of just showing a blank result list.

Hi,
This isn't a bug but just an optimisation to consider. the level of "fuzziness" can be adjusted to solve this but it's a bit of trial and error: while it might solve this issue, it might negatively impact other results.
After some testing, we've adjusted the level and search for "szölke" will show results with "szolke."
