SDN Unable to process MasterCard payment

Dear SDN Responsibles,

what´s up with the big best run businesses SAP SDN? Trying to subscribe to SDN Software Subscriptions ends up in an error since 3 weeks now as the SDN and Paypal Teams are not able to process MasterCard Payments.

This is the error message:

"Die angegebene Rechnungsanschrift stimmt nicht mit den Daten Ihres Kreditinstitutes überein. Bitte geben Sie die Rechnungsanschrift genau so ein, wie sie auf Ihrer Kreditkartenabrechnung erscheint."

For everybody not able to read german: "The Invoice adress is different from your adress data of the credit card company".

This is painfull to me and distressing for SAP and SDN. Every little internet shop is able to process several payment methods. SDN only accepts credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) and one of them is not working.

Talking to the support guy´s on SDN since week is always the same answer: "We know the problem and work on it".

PLEASE SAP People do something!!! I know SAP as a innovative company but since some times I have doubts on this.

Best regards

It is still not working. They know the problem, they work on it but they do not get it fixed. This is disappointing. Can´t write down my anger and my thoughts... It is dilettantish.

So I sit and wait for my license...

incredible. i suppose your software subscription will be outdated once they manage to accept your card. maybe that is just a sign from some gods ...

btw, I tried to reply here and it said Hello Anton Wenzelhuemer in the Header of the page and Hello Guest within the forum frame and due to the latter didn't let me reply. Had to close my browser and start it again.

Things are tricky at times.

Maybe you got to ask your bank to issue you another MasterCard since it has been said earlier that not all MasterCards are affected. Of course this only works as long as not the name on the card is the problem, hehehe
