SCN stands for SAP Community Network. The community includes SDN and BPX.
BPX (Business Process Expert) was launched at SAP TechEd '06 and please read the [getting started |https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/bpx-gettingstarted] pages to learn more about it.
