SD Module

Hi All,

I want to start with SAP SD module. I am working at CSPL. Just want to kno how to start with. I have SAP login.

But i dont have idea How to start. Please guide me.

Have a great time! I love SAP. SCN is always a good place to start.

Try taking a look at e-learning. There are a lot of things in there that could help. SD? Actually that's a fun area. They usually have the money for new projects as they generate the business.

there are many questions you have to ask and answer yourself before asking us or starting with SD.

come of the questions are covered in my career blogs, which I recommend you to read, I am not going to repeat everything again just for you. briefly:

a) do you have domain/ functional SD experience? if yes, then you need to find a bridge how to "translate" your SD experience into SAP SD. understand the names used in SAP, understand how the processes are done in SAP etc.

b) what documentation did you get before asking? you first ask and then maybe do something yourself? shouldn´t it be more like you start reading, learning and when it is too much confusion, you ask? we don´t do other people work here

c) ok, your developer. did you ask yourself how you can use this experience with the new topic - SD?

I think these three are a good starting point for you.

Actually i am working as a developer. But right now i dont have projects in my hand. And our company use SAP. So my sir told me start with SAP.

First of all, this is not a forum for SD module.So before you start posting you should read the rules of engagement in the forum.

If you are a beginner,read Help.SAP.com to get some ideas.Try out your hands on SAP with some tutorials available on web and then start posting your doubts in appropriate forum.

This forum is to clarify doubts and suggest solutions for PS module.Also no forum will train you from basics.

Even you should not post this kind of thread in SD forum. We have separate forum "coffee corner" to discuss such things and you can also post it in "career center" if you want to have discussions related to SAP career.
