Hey SDN Team,

I am trying to see all my posted threads under My Reward Point->Forum Points->scroll button on bottom to move pages is not active?

https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/pcd!3aportal_content!2fcom.sap.sdn.folder.sdn...

I remember few months back it was working fine. Is it some bug in system?

Thanks,

KJ

Hi,

You're right. It doesn't work for me either. Did you report things to sdn@sap.com?

Eddy

Eddy,

Will report it to SDN mail as well.

Hope Marilyn can drive the issue from here onwards. Thanks.

Hello,

this change has been put there intentionally. As described on this points overview page, we show "Maximum number of point items per category:20", no matter how many point items could be displayed in the given time frame.

The reason was simply the huge number of objects we had to handle for this obviously very prominent component

Regards,

Michael

but now I can't search my own threads:(

I never liked the search function of SDN, it never gave me proper results. its tough for me to search the threads I replied to, I am just trying to make my own database of threads I replied. How can I do that now?

I got reply from sdn@sap.com that 'There is no replacement for the functionality as of now'.

Don't you all SDNers think its limiting the search functionality? In my watch section also I can see data for 2007 period only. I was trying to search one thread which I replied sometime back in 2006. Tried the SDN Search (Already searched using threads by user criteria as well)...Google Search...not able to get the link of that thread as of now.

Any alternative solution?

By doing a little investigating, I discovered that your forum points in 2006 seemed to start around 8/26/2006. It was possible to do a query for <a href="https://www.sdn.sap.comhttp://www.sdn.sap.comhttp://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prteventname/htmlbevent/prtroot/pcd!3aportal_content!2fcom.sap.sdn.folder.sdn!2fcom.sap.sdn.folder.application!2fcom.sap.sdn.folder.iviews!2fcom.sap.sdn.folder.crp!2fcom.sap.sdn.app.crp.mypoints">points in date range</a>.

It's a little tedious, but by giving date ranges you can bring up your 2006 results.

Gotch you.

I have to give date range in my Contribution Points Points link. yup its bit tedious to try using each n every date range, but it will work for me for time being.

Thanks.

Will forward this to our points master as well. I recall Craig mentioning that he is on vacation until Monday.
