Yes. Some problem occurs in SCN about email notification.

Please do follow up on this thread, you will get update when it will be fixed.

about mail notifications its depend on the your profile settings.

Hi,

go to your profile -> select edit preferences -> select the general preferences -> select the radio buttons on -> you will get all activity.

please look at the below screen shots.
