SCN Performance, delay in communications stream, unable to mark discussion as read

SCN has a bad performance today, already for at least 3 hours

Read messages appear unread again and again in the communication stream.

Replies are not visible in communication stream, in the followed activity and in all activity, they have a delay of minimum 20 minutes now.

I added a reply at Jan 12, 2016 12:13 PM, now we have 12:35 and O do not find my reply in communication and activity streams, only when I open the discussion in an extra window.

the delay is more than an hour now, this post is still not visible in the streams

It's happening again. The Communications stream is not updating, and read messages are remaining marked as unread.
