SCN Mobile App broken?

Since a week or so, my SCN Mobile App has been broken. I had to reactivate it, but then it only worked for a short period and then asks for a new activation code.

It still sends me notifications so I can see when people ping me... but I can't then view them in the app.

Am I alone?

I've been using it on safari on iPhone ever since I updated to ups 8 . It's better than the app .

Try it just open the jive URL in Safari and register .

I've also bookmarked the page to home screen on the iPhone.

I feel it works out better .

That's a very good point!

On there are instructions for Connecting through a Mobile Browser.  This does work on iOS8 but certain features are lost, such as push notifications.

Upgraded to iOS 8?  I just upgraded and had to re-register too.

Please confirm the device and iOS you're running.

Yes upgraded to iOS 8, iphone 5S.

Because SCN is using Jive Classic, we are relegated to version 2.2.2 of the app which was last updated in January 2014.

You will have to either update SCN to the new version of Jive, or open a separate support issue with Jive because the version referred to in that thread is for Jive 3.1.x Mobile. This version doesn't work with SCN.

BTW yes it was since the update to iOS8. I'm using iPhone 5.

I'm afraid that Jive has confirmed they will not be updating the app to make it compatible with iOS8.  Unfortunately this means that any iOS8 users will not have an available app to access SCN with.

I believe it is and it's extremely disappointing.

At the same time, the experience with the mobile browser friendly version has been pretty good so far.

I am not seeing any issues on my android phone.It is working fine so far. Are you seeing this behavior on iOS?
