yes, it's really me... Steffi.
As you can see, I somehow ended up with a second SCN account (I tried to do the usual and login with my company email address and suddenly: everything kaputt).
Well, to get that sorted out I wanted to check the document Log On Support FAQ for SAP Community Network (SCN), but it comes up as "Unauthorized". I guess somebody went wild on the "Alert moderator" link again.
Just wanted to report that.
I'll try and sort out the account mess tomorrow through the normal chanels. I just hope my company notebook still remembers my normal login, none of my other devices do.

If in doubt with your accounts, go to accounts.sap.com to see which one you are authenticated with . You can log out from there and then log back in with the account you want. Then go back to SCN

thank you for that tip. That way I got my S-number. But if I try to logon with it, it tries to create a third account now. Same with my company mail. 😕
At least this temporary account still works. I followed your naming suggestion and marked it with "II", so you guys aren't that confused anymore.

Through your tip I got my S-user, but when I tried to login with it, it tried to create a third account. *sigh*
Don't really know what changed, I had no trouble with email-logins in a loooong time.
Logging in with my certificate is the only way for me to get into my normal account at the moment.
