SCN Login Error

Hi,

One of our user try to login with S user id into SCN and he is getting below error:

"There is already a user with this email. Please try another."

Its not accepting any user name provided.

The used S userid is "S0004217671"

First Name: Basis

Last Name: Team

Please help to resolve the issue.
