I had to do a password reset for my current SCN account. When I got the password reset email, and I clicked on the link to get a new password, the link did not direct me to a screen so I can generate a new password. Instead, I got logged in automatically so now I do not know what password it is using. Please advise.
Also, is there a way to change my primary email address in my profile. I have the primary email and secondary email reversed currently and I would like to change this. But the primary email field is not editable. Any help is appreciated.
