Hi Gurus,
Recently I changed my account Email ID to my official ID , I didn't Got any mail for Email ID Authentication , Now when I am trying to login with my new E-mail ID it says
Sorry, we could not authenticate you. Try again.
when I am trying to reset my password I am getting below Message:
Any Clues to solve this issue and access my account

You will have to wait until your account is not longer locked (a couple of hours at least).

Hi Ashish,
This Might be the case :
As you have changed your email id to your official email, they may have sent an email to your official email id, which was filtered by your company firewall, Please check your company administrator, whether you can receive mail from out side.
Better to use personal email id at SCN, because when you change your company again your official email id will change.
