SBO guys: Using the SAP message wizard...

Has anyone ever had a result returned when filling in the initial "Description" and "Component" part of the SAP Support Message wizard? Just curious.

Maybe there are special searching tricks that are needed for different parts of SAP. I found I have to place an asterisk on the start and end of my keywords when using note search. I know it's working because it takes a lot longer (good things take time).

Put an asterix at the end of the component to search subareas.

e.g. Once upon a time in the bad old OSS days BC-BMT would find all notes in BC-BMT-WFM, but now it's a bit random and it finds some of them. Using BC-BMT* does the job.
