Hi

Just wondering if anyone has implemented ClickSoftware WSO for non Field Service operations? My organization has both Field Service and non Field Service works that require scheduling rules to be implmented.

I'd also like to know if anyone has done this.

I'm currently discussing a solution that requires non-field resources to be allocated tasks. The scheduling of these tasks won't be optimised by the WSO but manually allocated.

Obviously the non-field jobs are not optimised for travel time but if all the jobs are in the same location then they should be able to be prioritised/optimised in the schedule based on other rules.
