SAP Support Remote Connection with SNC/SSO

Hi,

I want to encrypt communication channels, so that SAP support can connect remotely using Secure Network Communication (SNC) protocol saving the need to store passwords in SMP. I am unable to find any step by step note/blog for the same. Please provide your valuable inputs. Thanks
