SAP support portal - Single Sign-On Certificate enroll error

Hi,

I am trying to maintain my single sign-on certificate in SAP support portal  service.sap.com. I am using IE 8 but when try to enroll the certificate i get error for VBScript - the error message goes like this-

CertEnroll::CX509Enrollment::InstallResponse: A certificate chain processed, but terminated in a root certificate which is not trusted by the trust provider. 0x800b0109 (-2146762487).

For your information i have also enabled all active X controls and plug-ins but i still get the above error.

Please help me resolve this error.

I would recommend clearing your cache and deleting cookies, then try again.

I tried it again after clearing cache and cookies but still i get the same error.

I will contact service market place.
