I do not know if there has been any notification about this; sorry if I miss anything.
It seems that there are no new notes being released in http://support.sap.com/notes
Has anything changed with the the new SAP ONE Support Launchpad?

The old support.sap.com/notes is not showing latest versions of notes again.
OSS Note:
2110259 - SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SP14 - basic functions
Is showing version 6 and the launchpad is showing version 7.\
