Dear Experts,
Sap support launchpad is depicting the notes/Kba`s but when i click on them to display the note/kba`s , it is showing blank screen with message No match found check filter settings. I have checked filter settings, cleared all the cache and browsing history but of no luck.
Kindly assist me on how to sort out this issue.

What browser are you using? Can you try with in-private mode to simulate that cache and cookies do not fool you.
