SAP Security Resources Login Details

A lot of the documentation within: http://www.sap.com/solutions/security/technicalresources/index.epx

Looks very useful. However when i try and access a link I often get prompted for login credentials, i.e.

SAP Service Marketplace security area requires a login. I cant see where you can register to get to these resources, and the username/password I use to access SCN doesnt work either. Any pointers in the right direction how I can register and get an account to get to these resources?
