When I am on any of the Community Network sites I can click on the “My Profile” button and choose “Account Settings” however when I get to the "Account Settings" page there are no links to get back to Community Network sites from there.
Is the user expected to use the ‘back’ button in the browser as a workaround? It seems like there should be some way to navigate back via a drop down or some links.
Thanks,
Mark

Thank you for your feedback! Universal header harmonization across the platforms is in the works. Updates will be released for missing platforms as available during beta period. Stay tuned!

While I can appreciate that 'it is coming in a future update', I am hard pressed to experience the overall community when things like this keep happening. The experience is currently very fragmented with no common headers/footers and inconsistent SSO between sites. How soon should we expect to see this completed?
Hi Jeremy,
agree that we have delivered a beta with inconsistencies, bugs and missing functionalities, but we also didn't hide this fact when we launched beta.
We will deliver every two weeks bug fixes, new functionality and enhancements in consistency and look & feel. Also a proper SSO solution is planned.
The mentioned inconsistency with the SAP People header should be fixed in about 3 weeks.
Thanks for giving it a try.
Best,
Oliver
Hi Oliver,
Thank you for the clarification, and yes while I appreciate the candor and openness about launching the beta with known problems and shortcomings, I was a little more optimistic that some of these constraints would have been already resolved as part of the closed beta before expanding the test to the public. It's difficult to know when to turn off the coarse bug combing activities, and really focus in on trying to break stuff, look for missing features, etc.
I will continue to test the beta and look forward to the updates, so more testing can be done as we move closer to a finished product, just promise me we will not go live until it is truly ready.
Best Regards,
Jeremy
P.S. Since I am a huge movie fan, here is a little PG-13 Spaceballs video humor for those of you reading this comment.
Hey Jeremy,
We definitely won't go live until it's really ready. We won't even ask the community for a go/no-go until we've met some of the other basic experience and technical pre-requisites.
We did want to go live in it's current, still fragmented state so that we can get more direct feedback from a broader base of the community so that our prioritization can be guided by the end users rather than just by us on the team. All of the development teams are fully loaded and have been for many months, so the voice of the community is an important component to direct our efforts.
Thanks for the Spaceballs clip! I think in many regards we've been moving at Ludicrous Speed for a while now in 1DX and especially so with the new community build
Cheers, Matt
