As I'm using the new SAP ONE Support Launchpad a lot recently (and I'm also sharing my experice and getting your feedback here on SCN) I have a feeling that I'm currently becomming the expert on that topic for my organisation.
As I might be asked to give a demo, this raises the following question with me:
Is it ok to open a kind of "dummy" Incident, just for demo/training reasons?
What's the correct way to do it?
My guess would be that the easiest sollution would be to have some kind of dummy component, to help SAP filter out those demo issues. (Maybe there could even be a kind of bot, sending back those issues? )

Hi Joachim,
I'm asking the LP team what their preferred process would be. Will get back to you ASAP.
