if it was your discussion then you may try to search in a different place.
click the Action icon on top right and then open the Notification button.
If you find it there then it was rejected by a moderator.
If you can't find it there too, then it could be alerted 2 or more times to a moderator and the alerts are not yet reviewed.

Its gone, hidden from public view, that is the main purpose if a moderator rejects a question.
If the moderator has given an explanation to the decision then it could have been found in the path I told you. If you just clicked dismiss then you even made this notification hidden.
I would suggest to read the forum rules and think what you could have done wrong. the usual reasons for a rejection is asking a question without doing some research, a question that was answered many times in SCN or can easily be answered by looking into the documentation.
