Hi,
is it possible to start an SAP Instance with not Internet connect?

The SAP system has to be in a network to start up .
It does not require an internet connectivity from the server for the instance to be up.

Thanks, for the information, but I still have the problem, cause the software is on my laptop, it's a Trial version and the SAPMMC start the dispatcher only when I have internet connection. The laptop is in a WORKGROUP.
Please setup the microsoft loopback adapter . This ensures that the SAP startup program is able to figure out that the system is in a network.
