Hello - my customer was asking if there is a way to save their desired filters under "Review Cases" on the Support section within SAP for Me.
There are 3 filters selected by default to show customer tickets. If the customer updates the filters, selects go, and navigates away from the support page and returns to the support page, the filters revert back to the defaulted 3 selections. Is there a way to save those filters so the customer does not have to repetitively update the filter settings every time they access the "Review Cases" tile?
