SAP ECC 6.0

Hello, I need help from you. Our company has SAP ECC 6.0 and looking for a tool to handle retention policy.

Initially we were looking into OPENTEXT solution to archive and dispose the data. But because we do not have any enhancement pack installed, it's impossible to use OPENTEXT solution.

I'm wondering how SAP handled the archiving and disposing (retention policy) data on old version like ours (ECC6.0)

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Hello Janie Kim,

          Probably you may be using a wrong .sar  file. OT Add-ons supports from ECC5.0(atleast). Please check. Let me know your level & SAP component version of Basis & ABA. I will try to help you with right add-on.
