Hi,
SAP Download Manager is unable to show the download basket. <u>However, it is working from home using broadband, using the same laptop.</u>
I think I have done proper proxy setting (bypassing when at home, enabling when in office), checked and tried various ways of setting other parameters.
It is even translating the url service.sap.com to websmp105.sap-ag.de, trying to fetch the basket content repeatedly and ultimately coming out with the error saying that setting may not be proper.
Is it because of slow office network ? proxy limitation ?
Any clue please ?

The SAP Download Manager is part of the SAP Service Marketplace (http://service.sap.com). If you are having problems using it, you can write to them at their support address which is sapnet@sap.com.
