Hi SAP experts!
For the past 36 hours we have experienced download speeds of 110kbps while using the SAP Download Manager.
This is from two different computers (200MB/s and 50MB/s fibre lines respectively).
Any idea why such bad performance is being experienced?

Hi Joe
Normally when you download any files from the SAP Service Market place if the file size is less than 1 GB download speed will be less than 1 MB per sec, it the file size is more than 1 GB download speed will be more than 1 MB per sec, this is my observation for this I have attached the comparison files.

Hi Joe.
Restart the download manager once again from where it is stopped, are you using the latest version of download managers?

Hi S Sriram, restarted the download manager, redownloaded and reinstalled the latest download manager. Rebooted internet equipment.
Strange thing is only one site is experiencing this? We tested from a different site and we are getting the same files down at the correct speed.
Any idea why SAP would throttle a particular connection?
