Welcome to the SAP Community!
I guess that depends upon what you mean by "main forum." The SAP Community is organized by tags for different topic areas, product, lines of business, etc. So, it likely depends on whether you're more interested in discussions and blogs about ABAP Development, or NetWeaver, or ERP Central Component, or Materials Management, or SAPUI5, or.... well, you get the picture. If you scroll down a bit on the front page (https://www.sap.com/community.html), you'll see links to the "latest" posts in a couple of areas, and below that "trending topics," which might be a good place to start.
If you feel like browsing topics vs searching keywords, https://www.sap.com/community/topic.html may be the place to start. Then, https://www.sap.com/community/about.html has links to lots of good information, including our Rules of Engagement, tips about Questions and Answers, and tips about writing blogs. And, of course, there's the Coffee Corner if you want to just "hang out" with other Community members.
