Hello,
Today I was going through questions on community forum and found one question as below on Q&A page under SAP Netweaver Tag.
Surprisingly I was not able to open this question by clicking on the question
When I created manual link I was able to access the question
https://answers.sap.com/questions/12906899/How-to-add-SWC-in-the-ESR.html
Now my question is...
Is this bug or this is the only question we have such issue?
If this is bug how many more like this?
Thank you
Yogesh

This question was renamed by the question author: https://answers.sap.com/revisions/12906899.html
Looks like renaming didn't update URL in the question list. Bug!

P.S. May be initial revision of this question was named using some non Latin characters:
ESB???????SWC
"?" - non latin character
and the resulting URL:
https://answers.sap.com/questions/12906899/esb%3F%3F%3F%3F%3F%3F%3Fswc.html
Due to this strange URL we have the issue with renaming...

I have tested this scenario, but was unable to reproduce the issue...
Looks like it was one time bug.
I am assuming that it may have been due to some Chinese characters used by the user in the post resulted in that botched URL string.

hi all,
that is due to an encoding issue with non standard character. We are working on getting it fixed.

Hi Yogesh.
Yes, I think it may be bug in the URL.
