SAP Community Login

Hello. My S-user ID which I use to log in to the SAP Community will expire soon. I do have a new S-user ID which is linked to my SAP BTP Free Tier subscription. I have linked my new S-user ID in the Profile Linking section of my SAP Community account.

However, I cannot change the Login Settings. I would like to link my SAP Community access, the badges earned, etc. to my new S-user ID.

Who should I speak to about that?

I am having similar problems with openSAP as well. I hope I won't lose my SAP and openSAP certificates.

For some reason, my SAP Universal ID and SAP Cloud Identity does not work with openSAP even when my old S-ID is still active (1 week left).

I think this is still a limitation. Don't think we can migrate all our badges and content from linked account to new palmary account yet.
