SAP Community: Account went private and unable to get back to public

Dear Team,

My account suddenly changed to private when I submitted an answer to a question(which didn't get posted btw) and when I am changing the visibility to public, the update gets failed.

Bug? or Blocked 😄 😛 ? Please help!
