SAP C4C_Postal code during the migration template

Hello,

Could you please assist with following situation:

I migrate the Customer and Contacts data, but the Upload tool always ask me to fill the Postal code field.

Of couse this field is already filled but an eror appears again and again.

Use case:

1. download template

2. fill it (General, Address with country, region, and postal code, Contact tabs).

3. On the 3rd step (simulation) of migration, the system inform me about error - "Please enter a postal code":

I already try to fill all Postal code fields, but it is not help with problem.

Hi Alexander,

Can you plz. try to write proper state name instead of its conversion value(here 77) and also try leaving city blank.
